Innovative and functional design
Torre Caleido, known as the Fifth Tower, is a modern skyscraper located in the Cuatro Torres Business Area complex in Madrid, Spain. With a height of 181 meters and 36 floors, it is the lowest building in the complex, but stands out for its innovative and functional design. Designed by the Fenwick Iribarren and Serrano-Suñer Arquitectura studios, it was inaugurated in 2021 and is characterized by its elegant black glass façade that reflects the Madrid skyline. The tower houses an IE University campus, a medical center specializing in wellness and a large shopping area at its base.

Building Integration
THE PROJECT
The Caleido Tower is an example of architectural integration and sustainability, designed to respond to the needs of education, health and leisure in a single space. Its strategic location in Madrid’s main financial district easily connects it to important transportation and service areas of the city. With its minimalist design and multifunctional approach, the Caleido Tower not only complements the Four Towers complex, but reinforces Madrid’s position as a center of innovation and urban development in Europe.
OUR SOLUTION
The main challenge in this Project was to integrate the machine into the building in order to hide it from view.
The scope of supply for this Project was 2 SJ machines with a 25 meter range.
