THE PROJECT
The design of 8 Spruce Street not only stands out for its aesthetics, but also for its functionality. The building’s interior combines elegance and comfort, offering high-quality finishes and panoramic views of Manhattan, the East River and the Brooklyn Bridge. In addition, the skyscraper houses educational spaces on its first levels, such as a public school, making it an example of urban integration. The work is a reflection of Gehry’s innovative style, fusing art, design and livability in the heart of the city.
OUR SOLUTION
The main challenge that this building presented was its complex façade. For this reason, it was decided to opt for a modular platform with six modules adaptable to the geometry of the façade.
The scope of supply for this Project was 1 SJ of 17 meters machine with several special platforms adapted to the iconic facade.
