THE PROJECT
270 Park Avenue reflects JPMorgan Chase’s commitment to sustainability and innovation. Its design incorporates open spaces, energy-saving technology and green areas, such as garden terraces that promote employee well-being. In addition, its strategic location in Midtown Manhattan connects it to the city’s most important transportation system, reinforcing its role as a key point of the financial district. This building is a sample of the future of corporate architecture, fusing aesthetics, functionality and environmental responsibility.
OUR SOLUTION
The challenges present in this Project were several and very varied. From the possibility of communicating the machines with the BMS (Building Maintenance System) of the building and thus being able to control the status of the gondola.
The machines are also prepared for night work with integrated lighting and the platforms have a modern design and are integrated with the rest of the building.
The scope of supply for this Project was 3 SJ machines, the biggest one of 25 meters, and several MRTs.
