THE PROJECT
The building received LEED® Platinum certification under LEED v2009 Core and Shell. Certification was achieved through active and passive sustainability strategies. Daylight harvesting controls help the building achieve significant energy savings in lighting consumption and maximize the energy-saving potential of the building’s high-performance curtain wall system. The GinD machine assists in cleaning and maintaining the curtain wall system, ensuring maximum performance.
OUR SOLUTION
This new and iconic project in downtown Toronto (Canada) was equipped with a single GinD machine. After an extensive development process, GinD designed a machine with a reach of nearly 40 meters, a 14-meter articulated arm, and 100 tons.
