Luxury and architecture in the heart of Manhattan
One57, also known as “The Billionaire’s Building,” is a luxury residential skyscraper located in the heart of Manhattan, New York. Designed by architect Christian de Portzamparc, this building reaches a height of 306 meters distributed over 75 floors, becoming one of the pioneers of the famous “Billionaire’s Row”. Completed in 2014, its blue glass façade reflects the city and nearby Central Park, offering a sophisticated and distinctive appearance. One57 houses ultra-luxury residences and the exclusive Park Hyatt Hotel on its first floors.

THE PROJECT
The One57 is a symbol of opulence and contemporary design, with interiors created by Thomas Juul-Hansen that stand out for their attention to detail, high-quality materials and panoramic views of Central Park and the Manhattan skyline. In addition, it offers exclusive services such as a wellness center, swimming pool, screening room and private entertainment spaces. Its location in Midtown Manhattan places it close to the city’s main cultural and commercial attractions, establishing it as one of the most coveted addresses in the world.
OUR SOLUTION
The challenges present in this Project are several, among them it is worth highlighting how the machine had to be integrated into the façade of the building, hiding from view; or or how it has lufing with positive and negative works.
The scope of supply for this Project was 1 SJ machine of 40 meters.
