56 Leonard Street is a prominent residential skyscraper located in the Tribeca neighborhood of New York. Designed by Swiss architect Herzog & de Meuron, the building opened in 2017 and is known for its innovative design that features a series of cantilevered balconies that create a layered appearance.

THE PROJECT
With 60 stories and a height of 250 meters (820 feet), 56 Leonard offers 145 luxurious apartments, as well as top-notch amenities such as a swimming pool, gym and entertainment areas. Its unique architectural design has made it a symbol of the New York urban landscape and is highly valued for its modern aesthetics and its location in one of the most exclusive areas of the city.
OUR SOLUTION
The main challenge that this building presented was its complex façade. On each level with different entrances and exits.
The scope of supply for this Project was 1 SJ machine of 23 meters.
