PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

The pencil-thin 432 Park Avenue represents a new generation of supertall, superslim skyscrapers. For exclusive residential use, the Façade Maintenance System must grant that the 425 meters high building is cleaned periodically according to landlord requests. GinD® has designed and manufactured a scissor lift machine with a telescopic jib which hides completely behind the parapet in parking position. Communication with the cradle is secured through a set of cables located inside the suspension wire ropes.
